General
- You must choose the fast boat and the departure schedule correctly and make sure you know the location of the port where the fast boat you choose is from.
- You must type the passenger name and country correctly. Our fast boat partners will ask you to show your ID Card when you check in.
- You must choose the payment method that we provide.
- Order is considered successful or completed after you make payment in full and goestoisland.com issues and sends you the order confirmation letter will be sent via email. Therefore you must make sure you enter your email correctly.
- Insurance cover is the responsibility of each Fast boat Company.
- All time is stated is local time or UTC+8.
- Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces luggage carried free of charge, not exceeding a total weight of 20 Kg.
- Please check in at least 30 minutes before trip.
- Failure to adhere to check-in or boarding times, may result in you missing your boat and forfeiting the fare paid.
- Each passenger is required to present an ID card upon check-in.
- Our services are limited to fast boat tickets for the Sanur - Nusa Penida route and the Sanur - Lembongan route.
- Ticket prices that we publish are in Indonesian rupiah (IDR).
- We only publish and sell fast boat tickets that have an official partnership with us.
- Data and information including photos related to the fast boat that we include on the website are data and information that we receive from the fast boat. We publish this data and information in good faith in accordance with the data and information we receive. Therefore, data, information and photos may differ from the original.
- In certain circumstances, the fast boat may change, close, and / or stop the departure schedule or change, close, stop, and / or cancel the departure without prior notification. It is beyond our control. In this situation, we will recommend another fast boat with a price equivalent to your order without any additional fees or your money back.
- By ordering tickets and using our services, you are also required to follow the terms and conditions of our partners
Re-Schedule, Cancel & Refund
- To request a reschedule / cancellation of an order, you must contact our customer support team and you must be willing to provide information such as your Booking ID, email, and proof of your payment.
- Rescheduling at no additional cost (free rescheduling) with the same fast boat, if there are still seats available. For this option, you must send a confirmation to us no later than 2 day before the date of departure.
- For each order cancellation that you make, we will arrange a refund with the following conditions:
- Cancellation more than 1 weeks of depature date : Full Refund
- Cancellation between 48 hours – 1 weeks : 50% Refund
- Cancellation less than 48 hours : NO REFUND
- Open ticket not refundable
- For every refund we make, you are obliged to bear the transfer fee charged. This fee is taken from the funds that we will return.
